Equipo SEPPSA

About us

25 years protecting operations that cannot fail

From Barranquilla, we've spent a quarter century building the technical discipline that backs Colombia's most demanding operations.

Our story

SEPPSA's story began in Barranquilla in 2001, in a small office on Calle 75 con Carrera 44. Back then the company was called Fumiespecial and was made up of just five people. The early years were full of challenges: raising payroll each month was a real struggle, yet the team's commitment and unity never faded.

Through hard work, discipline and an increasingly technical vision, that small operation grew into an organization with nationwide presence. New business lines emerged —integrated pest management, industrial hygiene, Punto Limpio— and we opened operations in Bogotá, Cali, Cartagena and Medellín, adding clients from the country's largest retail chains.

Today, on our 25th anniversary, SEPPSA is much more than a pest-control company: it is a legacy of honest work, human warmth and opportunities for hundreds of families, with ISO certifications, a digital traceability platform and the conviction to keep growing.

The story behind SEPPSA

Roberto Pérez Morales

Founder of SEPPSA Fumiespecial

In 2001, in a small office on Calle 75 con Carrera 44 in Barranquilla, Mr. Roberto Pérez Morales brought Fumiespecial to life alongside a team of just five people. The early years were full of challenges —raising payroll each month was a real struggle— yet his leadership, vision and human warmth laid the foundations of a legacy that today reaches across the country. Under his direction the company grew from five to hundreds of employees, opened operations in Bogotá, Cali, Cartagena and Medellín, and became SEPPSA Fumiespecial. His essence —honest work, discipline and a passion for service— lives on in every operation and in every family that grew alongside the organization.
